  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　クランクケース１の上部にスパイラルケース２を固
    定し、該スパイラルケース２内でクランクケース１め上
    部に配設された、空冷バーチカルエンジンのブレザにお
    いて、該ブレザ３のブレザ室６をスパイラルケース２外
    に連通させるガス抜き路１０をクランクケース１内に鋳
    抜きにより形成するとともに、該ガス抜き路１０から上
    記クランクケース１内のクランク室１１に連通ずる油戻
    し孔２６を設けたことを特徴とする、空冷バーチカルエ
    ンジンのブレザ。 ２　クランクケース１の上面に凹設された油切り　゛室
    ２３とその横側面から導出した通気孔２４とでガス抜き
    路１０を形成し、該油切り室２４の底部から油戻し孔２
    ６を導出した、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項の空冷バ
    ーチカルエンジンのブレザ。
