    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ガス化炉本体内の上部であって、タールを含む生
    成ガスの流通域にタールを付着する粒子の層を設けたこ
    とを特徴とするガス化装置。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、前記粒
    子の層が灰層であるガス化装置。
  3. （３）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、前記ガ
    ス化炉が流動層炉であるガス化装置。
  4. （４）実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項又は第３項におい
    て、前記灰層が流動層であるガス化装置。
