In the case where the sealing member is fixed to the substrate using an adhesive, the adhesive tends to flow between the through hole and the shaft, and when this flows in, the rotational resistance of the shaft becomes extremely large. Moreover, since it takes a long time for the adhesive to harden during assembly, the assembly process tends to stall, making assembly work impossible.

面を示す。 The drawings showing the embodiments of the present application will be described below. Reference numeral 1 denotes a board, which represents a case or a base plate of the timer. This board is ABS
It is made of a material that can be plastically deformed as described below, such as a butadiene-containing resin material such as resin, or a metal material. 2 is a through hole, and 3 is a recessed portion, which is formed in a circular ring shape with the through hole 2 as the center. Note that this recessed portion 4 may be formed in an annular shape of any shape other than a circle. Next, 4 is a main shaft, which is inserted into the through hole 2 so as to be able to rotate smoothly without rattling. Reference numeral 5 indicates a connecting pin that extends through the main shaft 4 in a direction intersecting the axis thereof. Next, 6 indicates a knob, in which 7 is a boss portion, and a recess 8 formed in a part of the boss portion.
A connecting pin 5 is fitted into the main shaft 4 and the knob 6 so that the main shaft 4 and the knob 6 can rotate together. 9 indicates a floating prevention surface.

In this seal member 10, 11 is a fitting part,
The first
As shown in the figure, when inserted into the recessed part 3, both walls 3 on the inner and outer peripheral sides of the recessed part 3
It is made to elastically come into close contact with a and 3b. 1
Reference numeral 2 denotes a seal piece, which is formed into a membrane-like annular shape as shown in the figure, and whose inner circumferential end 12a, which is formed to have a slightly smaller diameter than the outer diameter of the main shaft 4, is in close contact with the outer circumferential surface of the main shaft 4. . The seal piece 12 is designed so that the inner peripheral end 12a tightly contacts the outer peripheral surface of the main shaft 4 so that water does not pass between them, and so that the frictional resistance against the rotation of the main shaft 4 does not become excessive. The inner peripheral end 12a is thinner toward the inner peripheral end 12a.
In this seal member 10, as shown in FIG. It has been done.

Since the above-mentioned insertion depth H is larger than the gap h, even if the seal member 10 tries to rise significantly from the substrate 1, the seal member 10 comes into contact with the lifting prevention surface 9 and is prevented from rising, and the fitting is prevented. The portion 11 remains fitted into the recessed portion 3. Therefore, the tightness of the fitting portion 11 to the concave portion 3 and the tightness of the inner circumferential end 12a of the seal piece to the outer circumferential surface of the main shaft 4 are reliably maintained.

During manufacturing, the frictional resistance between the seal piece 12 and the main shaft 4 can be set to a predetermined value in terms of design.
This means that if the adhesion between the two is weak, water will leak, and if the adhesion is strong, the movement of the main shaft 4 will become heavy. This has the great effect of accurately meeting such demands.

Since it can be quickly carried out by a mechanical operation of fitting the knob 6 into the main shaft 4 and attaching the knob 6 to the main shaft 4, it also has the advantage that the assembly process can be intervened during the flow of the conveyor system.

The wearing state of 0 can be reliably maintained and the waterproofness can be maintained well.
