Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被試験物が装着される恒温槽を加熱して指定温
    度に保持しかつ設定時間経過後にタイマにより停
    止されるヒータと、恒温槽に装着された被試験物
    に電気的駆動条件を印加する手段とを備えたバー
    ンイン装置において、前記恒温槽内の温度が設定
    温度に至つたことを検出する温度検出器と、この
    温度検出器からの検出信号がヒータ停止後に出力
    されると被試験物への電気的駆動条件の印加を停
    止する制御部とを備えたことを特徴とするバーン
    イン装置。
