- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ａ 被測定ガスの酸素濃度に相関するポンプ電流
が供給される酸素センサと、 ｂ 酸素センサに供給するポンプ電流の値に基づ
いて被測定ガスの酸素濃度を検出する濃度測定手
段と、 ｃ 濃度測定手段の出力およびその変化量に基づ
いて酸素センサまたは濃度測定手段が異常である
か否かを判別する判別手段と、 を備えたことを特徴とする酸素濃度測定装置。
