Claims (1)
分岐部において送風路を切換える車両用冷暖房装置の送
風路切換装置において、加熱されると所定形状に変形し
冷却により原形状に復元する特性を有する形状記憶合金
によって少なくとも一部が構成された送風路切換ダンパ
ー又はその作動部材と、この形状記憶合金を電気的に加
熱する電気的加熱手段と、この電気的加熱手段への通電
を制御する制御手段とを具備し、上記形状記憶合金の形
状変化により上記ダンパーを変位させて上記送風路を切
換えることを特徴とする送風路切換装置。 2 上記形状記憶合金は、変態開始温度が上記冷暖装置
からの温風温度よりも低く設定されていることを特徴と
する実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の送風路切換
装置。 3 上記送風路切換ダンパーは上記形状記憶合金が加熱
されたとき上記冷気送風ダクトを閉止し、上記暖気送風
ダクトを開放し、上記制御手段は、上記冷暖房装置から
の温風が上記変態開始温度以上に達した後に上記電気的
加熱手段への通電を遮断することを特徴とする実用新案
