- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 壁面の一部に少なくとも光透過性部材を有
するマイクロ波空胴内にランプを配設したマイク
ロ波空胴共振器を有するマイクロ波放電光源装置
において、上記光透過性部材を構成する側壁材と
、この側壁材より光透過度の異なる光透過性部材
を構成する上壁材と、これら光透過性部材を空胴
壁に固定する第１の固定部材とからなることを特
徴とするマイクロ波放電光源装置。 (2) 側壁材と上壁材とがそれぞれに設けた第２
の固定部材および第３の固定部材により結合した
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
記載のマイクロ波放電光源装置。
