Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ベースに固定され多数のスリットを有するスケー
    ルと、該スケールとの位置関係により機械的な直線変位
    を電気信号に変換するリニアエンコーダにおいて、 ベースに取付けられ前記スケールの一端を固定する固定
    ホルダと、 前記スケールの他端を保持すると共に、前記スケールの
    長手力向に沿って突出するガイドピンを有するガイドホ
    ルダと、 前記ベースに固定され、温度変化に基づく前記スケール
    の長手力向への伸縮に伴う前記ガイトピンの軸方向の偏
    移を案内するガイド機構を有する摺動ホルダと、を具備
    することを特徴とするリニアエンコーダ。
  2. （２）前記ガイドホルタ及び前記摺動ホルダは同一材料
    で構成されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載のリニアエンコータ。
