源、６は光源、７はトランジスタである。 なお、図中同一あるいは相当部分には同一の符号を付し
て示してある。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 光検出器と、降圧抵抗と、上記降圧抵抗を介して上記光
    検出器にバイアス電圧を加える定電圧源と、上記光検出
    器に光を照射する光源と、上記光源を駆動する定電流源
    を備えた光検出装置において、上記光検出器の出力を増
    巾するトランジスダを設け、上記トランジスタの出力で
    上記定電流源の電流を分流して、上記光源に負帰還をか
    けたことを特徴とする光検出装置。
