Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 内燃機関の潤滑系へオイルを循環供給するた
めのオイルストレーナをバツフルプレートに形成
した抜取穴に挿通して設けたオイルパンにおいて
、前記抜取穴の近傍位置に、前記オイルストレー
ナとブツフルプレートとの間に前記抜取穴の一部
が残留して形成された隙間を縮小又は無くするこ
とができるプレートを配設したことを特徴とする
オイルパン。 ２ 前記オイルストレーナはオイル吸込管とその
下方部に設けたストレーナ本体とからなり、前記
プレートは前記オイル吸込管の長手方向中間部に
設けたものである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
記載のオイルパン。 ３ 前記プレートは、前記バツフルプレートとの
間に環状の間隙が形成されるようにバツフルプレ
ートとほぼ同一高さ位置に設けたものである実用
新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載のオイルパン。 ４ 前記プレートは、前記残留形成される隙間の
全体をその直上かつ前記バツフルプレートと離隔
した位置において被いうように設けたものである
実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載のオイルパン
。 ５ 前記プレートは、弾性材料からなり中心部に
前記オイル吸込管とほぼ同一径の穴と、該穴に連
ねてかつ該穴の周りに放射状に複数のスリツトと
を設けて複数の舌片を形成し、該舌片の変形によ
り前記ストレーナ本体の挿通を可能にしたもので
ある実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のオイル
パン。
