Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一方のエミツタ面積が大で他方のエミツタ
面積が小となされるもので、各コレクタに電流源
が接続された第１および第２のトランジスタと、
これら、第１および第２のトランジスタのエミツ
タ間に接続された第１の抵抗と、該第２のトラン
ジスタのエミツタに接続された第２の抵抗と、前
記第１と第２のトランジスタの各ベースに共通に
接続されたバイアス電圧源と、前記第１のトラン
ジスタのコレクタと第２のトランジスタのエミツ
タに第３のトランジスタのコレクタとエミツタが
対応して接続され、該第３のトランジスタをバイ
アスすることによつて前記電流源を起動する手段
とを具えたいことを特徴とする定電流源回路。 (2) 前記バイアス電圧源に定電流を供給する電
流源が、前記第１と第２のトランジスタのコレク
タに接続された電流源と電流ミラー回路を形成し
ている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の定電
流源回路。
