イスにおける一般的な面取り形状を示す断面図で
あり、第３図はそのようなダイスにより得られる
ボルト製品の不完全ねじ部の長さを示す説明図で
ある。 １０：転造平ダイス（ねじ転造ダイス）、１２
：ボルト素材（ねじ素材）、１４：頭部（大径部
）、１６：頭部端面（大径部端面）、１８：ねじ
山、２０：面取り部、２２，２４：傾斜面。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 おねじが形成されるべき軸部に隣接してボルト
頭部等の大径部を備えたねじ素材に対して、その
大径部と軸部との境界である軸方向に直角な大径
部端面の極く近傍までおねじを転造するダイスに
おいて、 そのダイスの、前記大径部端面を含む一平面に
対向するダイス側部に対して、当該ダイスのねじ
山のピツチの１／２以下の幅範囲で該ダイス側部
に沿つた面取りを施し、かつその面取り部を該ダ
イス側にくぼむように形成したことを特徴とする
ねじ転造ダイス。
