Claims (1)
- 設定領域内で一方向および他方向に交互に回動
力を発生する流体圧式ロータリアクチユエータと
、該ロータリアクチユエータによつて駆動される
シヤフト、該シヤフトに対しワンウエイクラツチ
を介して取り付けられた駆動回転体と、該駆動回
転体およびこれに対向設置した他の回転体とに架
設されて移送される搬送担体とを備えたことを特
徴とするコンベア装置。
