Accuracy is required. This requirement is not only required for assembly at the time of installation, but also for maintaining the original accuracy even after long-term use.

There is a problem that it is difficult to ensure accuracy.

イドの構造を提供するものである。 This idea aims to solve the above-mentioned problem, and the guide rollers that come into contact with the opposite left and right sides of the slab are installed in a series on each side of the frame (the reference side frame and the anti-reference side frame). When the frames on both sides are assembled, at least the upper and lower parts are connected by side plates, and one side of the side plates is connected to one side of the frame (reference side frame).
At the same time, the other side is movably attached to the frame on the other side (the non-reference side frame) via wedges, making it possible to adjust the frame spacing. Specifically, an engagement step is formed at each side plate attachment site of the frame, and a contact plate is fixed on both sides of each side plate, and on the reference frame side, the engagement step of the frame and the step formed on the contact plate are fixed. While the frame is fixed to the side plate with bolts through the contact plate while the side plate is properly engaged with the frame, on the side opposite to the reference frame,
After engaging the engagement stepped portion of the frame with the stepped portion of the backing plate fixed to the side plate through a wedge, and adjusting the mounting position of the frame side plate depending on the insertion depth of the wedge, The structure is such that the side plate is fixed with bolts. With this configuration, it is possible to easily fine-tune the roll spacing during general assembly and readjust it when the roll spacing changes due to heat deformation, bending, etc. of the frame after use. It provides the structure of the bending guide directly under the mold.

よい。 In the figure, 1 is a reference side frame, 2 is an anti-reference side frame, and both frames 1 and 2 are appropriately curved. A large number of guide rollers 4 and 5 are attached to the frames 1 and 2 in a row in the vertical direction so as to abut on opposite left and right sides 3a and 3b of the slab 3, respectively. Each guide roller 4 is attached to the frame 1 via a mounting frame 6 with a bolt 7 so that its mounting position can be adjusted. As the adjustment mechanism for the mounting position, for example, mounting frames 6 having different plate thicknesses are used.
Well-known mechanisms that have been provided in the past, such as selecting , can be adopted in a timely manner. Similarly, each guide roller 5 is attached to the frame 2 so that its attachment position can be adjusted.
Therefore, the guide rollers 4 and 5 are assembled and centered individually for each frame 1 and 2.
The frame 1 to which the guide roller 4 is attached and the frame 2 to which the guide roller 5 is attached are a pair of side plates that are attached oppositely to the front and rear sides of the frames 1 and 2, as shown in FIG. 8, and the pair of side plates 8 are connected to the frames 1 and 2.
They are installed at specified intervals from the top to the bottom. Incidentally, when the lengths of the frames 1 and 2 are short, the side plates 8 may be attached at least to the upper and lower parts.

It is fixed at 5B. Of these, a step 11a is formed on the reference frame side abutment plate 11 to exactly engage with the engagement step 9 formed on the frame 1.
1a is engaged, the contact plate 1 is tightened by the bolt 12A.
The side plate 8 and the frame 1 are fixed via 1. On the other hand, on the side opposite to the reference frame 2, the engagement step 10 of the frame 2 and the step 14 formed on the contact plate 14
A gap 13 is provided between the side plate 8 and the frame 2, a wedge 16 is inserted into the gap 13, and the other side of the side plate 8 is fixed to the frame 2 with bolts 12B via the contact plate 14. The wedge 16 has a well-known structure,
As shown in FIG.
By changing the insertion depth of 6a and 16b and phasing the positions of the abutting tapered surfaces, the frame 2
The distance between the facing surfaces of the side engaging step portion 10 and the step portion 14a of the contact plate 14 is widened or narrowed. Then,
By adjusting the insertion depth of the wedge 16 in the vertical direction, the mounting position of the frame 2 with respect to the side plate 8 can be adjusted in the horizontal direction, and the distance between the guide rollers 4 and 5 attached to both frames 1 and 2 can be adjusted. Can be adjusted. After the adjustment, the frame 2 and the side plate 8 are fixed via the contact plate 14 with bolts 12B.

While adjusting the interval between the guide rollers 4 and 5 to a predetermined interval,
Attach to. After performing the overall assembly in this way, the mounting bracket 17 protruding from the reference side frame 1 is attached to the mounting member 19 provided on the base 18 via bolts 20, etc., and the bending guide is attached to the mold (not shown). It is placed directly below.

る。 With the above structure, the distance between the guide rollers 4 and 5 is ensured with high precision, and the guide rollers 4 and 5 abut against both left and right side surfaces 3a and 3b of the slab 3, promoting solidification and blistering of the slab 3. , prevent abnormal bending. During use, if the frame 1 or 2 undergoes thermal deformation and the distance between the guide rolls 4 and 5 changes, by adjusting the vertical position of the wedge 16 and displacing the opposite-to-reference side frame 2 in the left-right direction,
The distance between the guide rolls 4 and 5 can be easily readjusted.

のである。 As is clear from the above explanation, according to this invention, guide rolls are attached to the reference side frame and the non-reference side frame, which are constructed by face-to-face alignment, and after centering them individually, both frames are moved through the side plates. Since the overall assembly is performed by connecting the left and right distances with wedges so that the distance between them can be freely adjusted, and the roll distance is finely adjusted, the distance between the rolls can be maintained extremely easily and with high precision during installation. Furthermore, even if the frame is deformed due to heat or the like, the roll interval can be easily readjusted by simply moving the wedge. Therefore, it has the advantage of being suitable for use in special steel casting, which requires high assembly accuracy.
