The incidence of weft insertion errors on looms is higher than on framed looms, but stopping the loom to deal with weft insertion errors goes against the productivity improvement that is the reason why looms are designed for higher speeds. be. However, once a weft insertion error occurs, in order to maintain the quality of the woven fabric, the loom must be stopped and the weft insertion error taken care of.The loom uses a weft detection device to detect the weft insertion error. The machine is stopped based on a signal, but in order to prevent damage to various parts of the high-speed loom, the machine is stopped after the machine has inertia operated for more than one rotation. The material is beaten with a reed before the machine stops and is woven into the fabric. Therefore, the machine must be reversed to release the warp from holding the misplaced thread and remove the misplaced thread, but conventionally, this misplaced thread removal work has been done manually. However, since the misplaced yarns are embedded in the woven fabric in the same way as normal weft yarns, even when the warp threads are set to the maximum open state, the state in which the misplaced threads are held by the warp threads is not sufficiently released. Therefore, the task of removing misplaced threads becomes very complicated, and the loom is stopped for a long time, which impedes productivity improvement.

なっている。In order to solve such problems, for example,
As disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 220856, a means has been proposed in which a weft processing device including a weft separation member for separating the erroneous yarn from the woven fabric is disposed above the front of the woven fabric within the woven width. . Missed yarn 1 is removed from the woven fabric by the weft separation member.
In order to perform the extremely delicate weft separating action of separating books, high precision is required in the positional relationship between the weft processing device and the woven fabric. The weft processing device, which is usually in a retracted position outside the weaving width, is moved to an appropriate position within the weaving width, and the weft separation member is advanced from outside the warp opening into the warp opening to weave. The erroneous yarn is separated from the fabric.

早期に失われるという問題がある。(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, since both ends of the guide rail are supported by support ronds directly attached to the left and right side frames of the loom, the guide rail cannot be moved during normal operation of the loom. is continuously subjected to intense vibrations and shocks peculiar to a loom, and the weft processing device is also subjected to similar vibrations and shocks. As a result, various parts of the weft yarn processing device, which has the extremely delicate operation and action of sweeping the woven cloth and separating one misplaced yarn from the woven cloth with the weft separating member, are quickly damaged, resulting in extremely severe damage as described above. There is a problem in that the weft separation operation, which requires delicate movements and actions, is hindered, and the function to reliably separate the misplaced yarns from the woven fabric is quickly lost.

した。Structure of the Invention (Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention creates an open state of the warp threads and changes the weaving state of the weft threads woven into the woven fabric immediately before the machine stops. A weft processing device for separating the weft from the woven fabric by entering a weft separating member from outside the warp opening within the weaving width into the warp opening in the released state is supported by a guide rail so as to be movable in the weaving width direction, At least a retracted portion of the rail outside the weaving width of the weft processing device is arranged independently from the machine stand.

By arranging an evacuation guide rail independently from the machine base so as to be separated from the guide rail at the evacuation position of the loom, vibrations and shocks peculiar to the loom during normal operation can be removed from the guide rails attached to both support rods. It will not reach the evacuation guide rail. Therefore, during normal operation of the loom, the weft processing device, which is retracted on the evacuation guide rail, is not subjected to the vibrations and shocks peculiar to the loom, which prevents early damage due to such vibrations and shocks, and further ensures reliable weft separation. No loss of functionality is caused.

A retracting guide rail 10 is mounted on the upper end of the stand 9 and is fastened and supported in the direction of the traveling guide rail 8 at the same height as the traveling guide rail 8 so as to be vertically adjustable. The evacuation guide rail 10 is spaced apart from one end of the running guide rail 8 to an extent that is slightly larger than the vibration width of the machine stand 1 during normal operation of the loom, and the weft processing device 11 is retracted onto the evacuation guide rail 10.

It is rotated by a motor 17. An arm 20 is rotatably supported by the coaxial shaft 19, and a shaft 21 is rotatably supported at its lower end.
is transmitted to the shaft 21 via. Timing boo IJ24
A weft separation member 25 is fixed to the side surface of the weft separation member 25 , and a brake lining 26 is fixed to the side surface of the separation member 25 , and the lining 26 is pressed against the arm 20 . Moreover, the weft gripping lever 27 and the latch lever 28
are arranged so as to be rotatable in the front-rear direction (left-right direction in FIG. 3), and their ends can be hooked to each other. The rotation range of the arm 20 is restricted by a pair of restriction rods 31 and 32 protruding from the side wall of the frame 13, and when the drive motor 17 is rotated forward, the arm 20 and the weft separation member 25 are moved to the third position. They integrally rotate from the solid line position to the chain line position in the figure, and the missed thread (
(path shown) is separated. As the drive motor 17 further rotates in the normal direction, only the weft separation member 25 rotates relative to the arm 20, and a part of the separated miss yarns is pulled out from inside the warp opening to outside the warp opening, and the separated weft yarns are removed. Grip lever 2
The weft separating member 2 is disposed between the gripping portion 27a and the receiving portion 29 of the latching lever 28, and the weft separation member 2
5 comes into contact with each other, the lever 28 and the weft gripping lever 27 are unlatched, and the spring 30 causes the gripping part 27a and the receiving part 2
9 are joined, and the miss yarn is held between them. Therefore, after the weft separation operation is performed at a plurality of positions to separate most of the misplaced yarns from the woven fabric, a portion of the misplaced yarns are pulled out outside the warp shedding and gripped, and the weft processing device 11 is run from this state. If so, the remaining mis-threads are pulled out of the warp shedding.

The weft separation operation and the weft withdrawal operation as described above are performed at a predetermined position on the rail 8. Therefore, the vibration of the loom l during normal operation of the loom,
No impact is transmitted to the weft processing device 11, and there is no risk of damage to various parts of the weft processing device 11 due to vibrations and impacts specific to a loom. As a result, the extremely delicate weft separation operation in which one misplaced yarn is separated from the front W1 of the woven fabric W by the weft separation member 25 is not hindered, and the weft separation operation is reliably performed. Naturally, such a weft separation function can be maintained for a long period of time, and the service life of the weft processing device 11 is significantly improved.

For example, as shown in FIG. 4, an evacuation guide rail 10 supported by a stand 9 may be arranged on the weft insertion side of the machine base 1, or as shown in FIG. The evacuation guide rail 10 may be supported independently from the machine stand 1 by a rod 37 hanging from the ceiling. Alternatively, an evacuation guide rail may be attached to or supported by the wall. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 4, stands 9 may be arranged on both sides of the machine base 1, and one guide rail may be suspended and supported by both stands 9 independently from the machine base.
