形成した円筒形バルブであり、前記バルブ開閉装置はク
ランクシャフトに連動して回転するボール遠心力を利用
した機械式ガバナ機構と、このガバナ機構によるスラス
ト方向の移動量をカムプレートの回転量に変換するカム
機構と、このカムプレートの回転量を前記円筒形のバル
ブに伝達する連動手段とにより構成されていることを特
