    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 所定方向へ走行可能なテープ状の研磨部材と、
    被研磨材を取着して回転させるとともに上記研磨
    部材に被研磨材を押し付けるための押圧機構と、
    上記研磨部材を挟み被研磨材の反対側に位置して
    設けられ、被研磨材に対し研磨部材を垂直方向へ
    弾圧する弾性部材とを具備した被研磨材のテープ
    ラツピング機構。
