- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 無端状に連続した内周側縦壁と、前記内周
側縦壁の外方に間隔をおいて配設されかつ無端状
に連続した外周側縦壁と、前記内周側縦壁と外周
側縦壁との間で形成された空間部分の底部を液密
的に塞ぐ底壁とで形成され、前記空間部分に熱処
理浴を収納可能にしたことを特徴とする熱処理用
浴槽。 (2) 熱処理浴は、熱処理浴案内筒体およびスク
リユーの組み合わせによつて一方向に循環可能と
なつているものである実用新案登録請求の範囲第
(1)項記載の熱処理用浴槽。 (3) 熱処理浴は、ヒータによつて加熱可能とな
