Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 可動基台と、該可動基台上に設置された駆
動モータと、該駆動モータにより回転するドライ
バービツトとを備え、該ドライバービツトによる
ねじ締め完了前の急激な締付トルクの増大を検知
してねじ締め完了の検出と増締めを可能にしたこ
とを特徴とするねじ締め装置。 (2) 該ねじ締め完了前の急激な締付トルクの増
大点を、駆動モータとドライバービツトに連動さ
せたエンコーダとで測定されるトルク及び回転角
度により検出し、この増大点より所定の回転角度
だけ増締めを行なうことを特徴とする実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項に記載のねじ締め装置。
