    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. スリーブ内に嵌入され、前記スリーブ内を軸方
    向に移動することにより油流を制御するスプール
    とを有してなる油圧サーボ弁において、前記スプ
    ールの軸芯の部分を軽量材、前記スリーブと摺接
    する部分を高硬度材にてそれぞれ構成したことを
    特徴とする油圧サーボ弁。
