し第５図は、それぞれ第１図に示す実施例の横断
面図であつて、インク供給サイクル中の機能を示
す連続図。第６図は、移送ローラを併用した本発
明のインクローラの別の実施例の斜視図。第７図
及び第８図は、それぞれ第６図に示す実施例の横
断面図であつて、インク供給サイクル中の機能を
示す連続図である。 １１：インクローラ、１２，３２：円筒体、１
３，３３：端部キヤツプ、１８：スリーブ、２１
：印刷字号、３１：インクローラ組立体、３８：
移送ローラ、３９：インク。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ２ミクロンないし７０ミクロンの直径の微
    孔をもつ微孔性材でできた中空の円筒体と、円筒
    体の内部に閉じた室を形成するため該円筒体の両
    端部を閉じる手段と、閉じた室内に存在し所定の
    粘度を有するインクと、円筒体の表面から印刷装
    置へインクを転送する転送手段とを有するインク
    ローラ組立体。 (2) 前記インクの粘度が温度７０°Ｆ（即ち約
    ２１．１°Ｃ）で１００センチポアズないし５０
    ００センチポアズの範囲内の値をもつことを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項に記載の
    インクローラ組立体。 (3) 前記転送手段が前記円筒体のまわりに取り
    付けられた弾力性の微孔性スリーブを含むことを
    特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項に記
    載のインクローラ組立体。 (4) 前記スリーブが５ないし４５ジユロメータ
    の硬さを有する微孔性エラストマー材料でできて
    いることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    (3)項に記載のインクローラ組立体。 (5) 前記スリーブが前記円筒体の一部を大気に
    直接露呈させるように該円筒体の軸方向長さより
    短かい軸方向長さを有していることを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第(3)項に記載のインク
    ローラ組立体。 (6) 前記円筒体が２ミクロンないし７０ミクロ
    ンの微孔を有する焼結材料でできており、低密度
    及び高密度のポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン又は
    ポリオレフイン混合物から成る焼結ポリオレフイ
    ンか、焼結ナイロンか、焼結フルオロカーボンか
    、焼結ポリビニルクロライドか、焼結熱硬化性プ
    ラスチツクか、焼結金属のうちのいずれかの材料
    から成ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第(1)項に記載のインクローラ組立体。 (7) 前記転送手段が前記円筒体に接触した移送
    ローラを含むことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第(1)項に記載のインクローラ組立体。 (8) 前記移送ローラが１０ないし４５ジユロメ
    ータの硬さを有するエラストマー材料でできてい
    ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(7
    )項に記載のインクローラ組立体。
