スの壁材として使用する場合に、上記段差部分に
水滴や塵埃が溜り発錆の原因となる難点がある。

示すように内外の表裏板3,4の周縁部間に密封
用周枠5または6が挟み込まれ、この表裏板3,
4間で且つ密封用周枠5または6に囲繞された空
間内に樹脂芯材7を発泡充填した断熱構造を有す
るもので、第1図A,Bに示すパネル1の密封用
周枠5は外面壁部5aと一対の側壁部5b,5b
とからなる断面略コ字状本体5cを有し、この本
体5cの側壁部5b,5b外面、即ち表裏板3,
4との対接面にそれぞれ凹窪部8が条設され、又
第2図A,Bに示すパネル2の密封用周枠6は外
面壁部6aとこれに対向する内面壁部6bおよび
両壁部6a,6bを接続する一対の側壁部6c,
6cから成る略中空四角状本体6dを有し、この
本体6dの側壁部6c,6c外面、即ち表裏板
3,4との対接面にそれぞれ凹窪部9が条設され
ると共に、上記内面壁部6bの中央から傘形抜止
めリブ10が突設されている。そして各パネル1
または2の製作にあたつては、各密封用周枠5ま
たは6の各凹窪部8,9にシール材11を充填し
たり、又はテープ状シール材を貼着させ且つ側壁
部5b,6cの外面に接着剤12を塗布させ、表
裏板3,4を密封用周枠5,6を挟むように当て
つけて接着すると共に、表裏板3,4の周縁部を
折曲して形成したフランジ部3a,4aを外面壁
部5a,6aに添接させて接着し、密封用周枠
5,6の適所に予め貫設させておいた充填口(図
外)よりウレタン等の樹脂芯材7を表裏板3,4
間に注入して発泡充填させる。この時パネル2で
は樹脂芯材7の発泡充填に伴い該樹脂芯材7中に
傘形抜止めリブ10が埋入されることになるか
ら、該リブ10によつて密封用周枠6と樹脂芯材
7とが強固に結合されることになる。尚、上記充
填口は樹脂芯材7の発泡充填後に適当な栓体にて
閉塞されるものとする。かく製作されるパネル1
または2は間仕切用壁体、ユニツトバス壁体を構
成するためにパネル同士を接続できるように継手
構造を有しておらねばならず、そのため第1図に
示すパネル1では該パネル両縦辺部において周枠
本体5cの外面壁部5aから継手用枠部13が延
設されると共に、該継手用枠部13の側外面に略
L字状リブ14,14が対向突設されて両リブ1
4,14間に接続金具嵌着溝15が形成され、第
2図に示すパネル2では該パネル両縦辺部におい
て周枠本体6dの外面壁部6aにフツク係合孔1
6が上下に所要数開設されると共に、パツキン嵌
着溝17が陥設形成される。そして第3図に示す
ようにパネル1の接続金具嵌着溝15に接続金具
18を挿嵌し、他方のパネル2のパツキン嵌着溝
17にパツキン19を嵌着した状態から、接続金
具18のフツク部20をパネル2側のフツク係合
孔16に係合させて両パネル1,2を相互引寄せ
すると共に、此等パネル1,2の密封用周枠5,
6間でパツキン19を挟圧してシールを行い、し
かしてパネル1,2同士を接続する。尚、各パネ
ル1,2の上・下辺部分の密封用パネル枠5,6
はパネル同士の接続を要しないものであるから、
この上下辺部分には前述の本体5c,6d構造の
み設ければ良い。
