施例を示す断面図であり、第１〜３は第１図に示
す本考案の電気二重層キヤパシタの製造中の状態
を示す断面図で、第２図はグロメツト作製のため
の集電板と絶縁リングとの溶着時の状態を示し、
第３図は封口工程での絶縁リングとセパレータと
の溶着時の状態を示す。第４図は従来の電気二重
層キヤパシタを示す断面図であり、第５〜６図は
第４図に示す従来の電気二重層キヤパシタの製造
中の状態を示す断面図で、第５図はグロメツト作
製のための集電板と絶縁リングとの溶着時の状態
を示し、第６図は封口工程での絶縁リングとセパ
レータとの溶着時の状態を示す。 １……集電板、２……セパレータ、３……電極
、４……絶縁リング、４ａ……絶縁リングの集電
板側の部分、４ｂ……絶縁リングのセパレータ側
の部分、１１……ホーン、１２……ホーン。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 対向する２枚の集電板１，１間にセパレー
タ２で隔離された一対の電極３，３が配置し、電
極３，３の周縁部外方に絶縁リング４，４が配置
した構造で、集電板１，１と絶縁リング４，４お
よび絶縁リング４，４とセパレータ２を超音波ウ
エルダで溶着する電気二重層キヤパシタであつて
、絶縁リング４，４の集電板側の部分４ａ，４ａ
が集電板１，１の基材である有機質材料と同種材
料で形成され、絶縁リング４，４のセパレータ側
の部分４ｂ，４ｂがセパレータ２と同種材料で形
成されていることを特徴とする電気二重層キヤパ
シタ。 (2) 集電板１，１がポリオレフインにゴムを添
加した有機質材料を基材とし、絶縁リング４，４
の集電板側の部分４ａ，４ａがポリオレフインに
ゴムを添加した有機質材料で形成され、セパレー
タ２が微孔性ポリオレフインフイルムよりなり、
絶縁リング４，４のセパレータ側の部分４ｂ，４
ｂがポリオレフインで形成されている実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項記載の電気二重層キヤパシタ
。 (3) 集電板１，１がポリプロピレンにゴムを添
加した有機質材料を基材とし、絶縁リング４，４
の集電板側の部分４ａ，４ａがポリプロピレンに
ゴムを添加した有機質材料からなり、セパレータ
２が微孔性ポリプロピレンフイルムよりなり、絶
縁リング４，４のセパレータ側の部分４ｂ，４ｂ
がポリプロピレンで形成されている実用新案登録
請求の範囲第２項記載の電気二重層キヤパシタ。
