(Prior art) Many transfer sheets that can transfer a pattern layer and a surface protective layer at the same time have been proposed, but most of them use thermoplastic resin as the surface protective layer. It has the disadvantage of poor surface properties.

In addition, some products use thermosetting resin, but in many cases the thermosetting resin is already completely cured in the transfer sheet state, and the adhesion between the pattern layer and the surface protective layer is poor. It had the disadvantage of being poor.

Means for Solving the Problems> The transfer sheet of the present invention is characterized by using a glass sheet 1- which has a property of becoming transparent by being impregnated with a resin, and the combination of the glass sheet and the impregnated resin. This method is characterized in that the glass sheet is treated with a silane coupling agent to improve adhesion.

That is, the transfer sheet of the present invention, as shown in FIG.
It is composed of a mold release sheet IC (1), glass sheet layers 1 to 2 (2), and a pattern layer (3), and the glass sheet layer and pattern layer are impregnated with thermosetting 1-1 resin (4), and B It is dried up to the stage.

Conventional release sheets include those that have release properties themselves such as polyester resin film, those that have a release resin such as polypropylene resin applied to the surface of paper, or those that have resin films laminated together. It is selected from among the more well-known ones depending on the application and taking into consideration heat resistance and the like.

Any pattern layer may be formed by printing directly on the glass sheet or by a transfer method. In particular, in order to fix the glass sheet to the surface of the release sheet, a small amount of thermosetting resin is applied to the glass sheet. After stacking the sheets and drying them, the structure becomes like a glass sheet lined with release sheet 1, so there is no misregistration due to deformation of the glass sheet even when printing directly, and fine patterns are created. It is possible to form

(Function) Since the pattern layer is directly formed on the glass sheet, it is not concerned with the drying state of the thermosetting resin. Therefore, the impregnated thermosetting resin only needs to be dried to the extent that the transfer sheet does not block. After the transfer, it can firmly adhere to the glass sheet and the object to be transferred.

(Example) A 20μ thick polypropylene film is laminated onto the surface of a high-quality paper with a tsubo of 150 g/m, and then a transparent unsaturated polyester resin is applied at a rate of 50/m, and a sheet of 140 a/m is applied on top of it. After layering the glass non-woven fabric, dry the unsaturated polyester resin at 100℃ for 5 minutes, then print a wood grain pattern on it and dry it, then apply the same unsaturated polyester resin as before at 300/m' on top of it. The mixture was allowed to penetrate into the glass sheet and dried at 100° C. for 10 minutes to obtain a transfer sheet.
