    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一定の高さを有する第１の圧電（又は電歪）素子の一端
    を基準面に固定し、他の自由端に支持部材を固定し、前
    記支持部材の前記第１の圧電素子を設けた側に、一定の
    高さを有する第２の圧電素子の一端を固定したことを特
    徴とする差動型アクチュエータ。
