Claims (1)
- 強性冷却または自然放熱により冷却される冷却
板上に、弾性体を介してウエハを固定し、ウエハ
に照射された熱を弾性体を経由して冷却板に伝達
する装置において、弾性体内部に高伝熱性の微粉
を混入し、弾性体の性格を有し、さらにウエハに
付着しにくい性質を持たせたことを特徴とするウ
エハ冷却用弾性体。
