[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention mainly relates to a packaging cushioning material for packaging decorative ceiling materials, and more specifically, it is a foldable packaging material such as cardboard paper, and is provided with side walls around the four sides of the approximately rectangular art material 1. 4 is bent to be substantially perpendicular to the bottom surface 5, and a free end piece 6 is cut and raised at a distance from the bottom surface 5 surrounded by the four side walls 4 so as to be substantially perpendicular to the bottom surface 5. are provided by folding a pair of spacer pieces 7, 7 extending in opposite directions from the bottom surface 5 so as to be substantially perpendicular to the bottom surface 5, and bending the free end piece 6 through the vertical fold 8. This relates to a packaging cushioning material made by connecting spacer pieces 7, 7 which are brought into contact with the root piece 9 of the spacer piece 7 facing each other over substantially the entire length.

Conventionally, when packaging a decorative ceiling, for example, as shown in FIG. 1, side walls 4' were bent and formed around the four peripheries of a piece of art material 1' to obtain a package a, which was then formed separately. A roughly cross-shaped spacer piece 7' was loaded into a package a to constitute a packaging cushioning material A'. However, this configuration has disadvantages in that it requires a large amount of material because it is a separate body, and the strength of the spacer 7' is also weak.

The present invention was developed in view of these conventional drawbacks, and its purpose is to create a packaging material that can reduce the amount of material by folding the spacer pieces from the bottom and also increase the strength of the spacer pieces. The purpose is to provide cushioning material.

以下本考案の実施例を図面に基いて詳述する。 Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

Reference numeral 1 is an art material, which is a packaging material such as cardboard that can be folded and has a cushioning function. Art supplies 1
is cut into a roughly rectangular shape. Folds 3 are formed at positions extending a certain length from the four peripheries of the art material 1 and substantially parallel to the four peripheries. Cuts 2 are made at the four corners along this fold 3, and four side walls 4 are bent around the four sides via the folds 3 and the cuts 2 so as to be approximately perpendicular to the bottom surface 5. . Adjacent side walls 4, 4 are connected to each other by a connecting tool 11 such as a stapler via a connecting piece 10 formed in series on one side wall 4. On the bottom surface 5 surrounded by the four side walls 4, spacer pieces 7, 7 are cut and raised substantially perpendicularly to the bottom surface 5 through the notches 2 at intervals, and free ends extend in opposite directions. The pieces 6, 6 are formed in series. Free end piece 6 2
Spacer pieces 7 facing each other across the vertical fold 8 of the book
The spacer pieces 7, 7 are bent to the side and are brought into contact with each other over the entire length. and spacer piece 7
In the folded piece 13 between the two vertical folds 8, 8, a notch 14 is formed which opens at one edge of each of the folded pieces 13. Thus, the notches 14, 14 are made to intersect with each other, and the spacer pieces 7, 7 are connected to each other to obtain the packaging cushioning material A. Note that the spacer pieces 7, 7 may be connected to each other using a connecting tool such as a stapler without providing the notch 14. Reference numeral 15 designates a decorative ceiling material, in which a bottom portion 16 projects upward and a side wall portion 17 hangs down. When packaging such a decorative ceiling material 15, as shown in FIG. 5, the decorative ceiling material 15 is placed inside the packaging cushioning material A,
A backing board 18 is laid behind the decorative ceiling material 15, and the strings are hung in this way to carry out the packing. In such a case, the upper edge 19 of the spacer piece 7 comes into contact with the surface of the decorative ceiling material 15 to perform the spacer function.

Figure 6 shows another example of the packaging state, and shows decorative ceiling material 1.
A packaging cushioning material A is housed in the interior of the decorative ceiling material 15, and a box-shaped covering material 20 is wrapped around the entire back surface of the decorative ceiling material 15. 21 in the figure is a ceiling board.

In summary, the present invention provides a pair of spacer pieces that are cut and bent substantially perpendicularly to the bottom surface at a distance from each other and whose free end pieces extend in opposite directions. The spacer pieces that are in contact with each other over substantially the entire length are connected by bending the free end piece through the vertical fold and bringing it into contact with the root piece of the opposing spacer piece. In other words, since the spacer pieces are folded from bottom surface to substantially perpendicular to the bottom surface, the material of the spacer pieces can be reduced, and the spacer pieces are in contact with each other over almost the entire length and are connected to each other. Moreover, since the spacer piece is bent along the vertical crease, it has the advantage that the strength of the spacer piece can be greatly increased.
