じるバンド取付部とを有する先カンと、 該先カンのバンド取付部に取り付けられその端
部が前記バネ棒挿入部内に突出する皮、合成樹脂
等からなるバンド本体とからなり、 前記先カンのバネ棒挿入部にバネ棒を挿入し、
該バネ棒により前記バンド本体の端部を押し曲げ
