Claims (1)
- 検出装置本体に形成された室を第1のダイヤフ
ラムにより基準圧力室と圧力作動室とに画成し、
この圧力作動室を冷媒通路と連通するようにする
と共に、該圧力作動室内に第2のダイヤフラムを
設け、この第2のダイヤフラムで形成された温度
作動室に、感温筒を接続し、この感温筒の他端を
前記冷媒通路に配置するようにし、さらに前記第
1のダイヤフラムと第2のダイヤフラムとを連結
棒を介して連結し、この連結棒の位置を検出する
位置検出器を設けたことを特徴とする過熱度又は
過冷却度検出装置。
