- 周面に磁性トナーが付着する円筒状スリーブと
、その内部に配設されたマグネツトとからなる現
像ローラと、この現像ローラの周面に付着した磁
性トナーを掻き取つてトナー層の厚みを規制する
トナー層厚規制部材とを備え、このトナー層厚規
制部材における磁性トナーの搬送方向上流側の側
面にクツシヨン材を設けたことを特徴とする静電
潜像現像装置。
