焼時及び通常消火時には芯外筒の小孔を閉塞し、
緊急消火時には小孔を開く消火リングとを備え、
上記芯外筒は上部をテーパー状に拡管してこのテ
ーパー部に小孔を設けるとともに消火リングの上
部は芯外筒のテーパー部と同様のテーパーを持た
