The former has the trouble of having to make it into a slurry before use, while the latter requires a container and is expensive to package. Attempts have been made to improve upon these shortcomings by turning ink into powder, but it scatters, staining the surrounding area, and repels water, making it extremely difficult to dissolve and difficult to use. The present invention has the characteristics that ink is made into granules that are extremely soluble in water, and that it is easy to store, carry, and use, can be mass-produced, can be easily packaged, and can be supplied at low cost.

Among them, glue and casein are desirable because they have the same effect on the stickiness, spreadability, and bleeding of ink that has been used since ancient times. Glue or casein can be used alone as a sizing agent, or these can be used as the main ingredients and other sizing agents can be used. It is desirable to use it as a supplement. Pigments include oil smoke, pine smoke, carbon,
Black or black aqueous dispersion pigments are used, but the best quality is oil smoke obtained by burning rapeseed oil. If necessary, use polyhydric alcohols such as glycerin, ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, and propylene glycol as wetting agents for thickening agents and pigments, and nonionic substances such as polyoxyethylene nonyl phenyl ether and polyoxyethylene sorbitan monostearate as pigment dispersants. The activator may be used as a preservative, and sodium dihydroacetate, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, etc. may be used as an aromatic agent, and borneol or the like may be added. As a wetting agent for granulating the powdered ink, lower hydrophilic alcohols such as methyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, and propyl alcohol are used. These alcohols are 1-10
% (preferably 2 to 5%). The reason for this will be explained later.

Add the pigment from part) and separate it using a high-speed stirrer to make India ink. Alternatively, depending on the type of pigment, make a concentrated solution with a small amount of water, knead it with a three-roll mill, etc., then add the rest of the water and stir to make India ink.
This India ink is heated at 30℃ to 50℃ to produce 3 to 7Kg/ cm2.
It is sprayed into hot air at a temperature of 80 to 120 degrees Celsius or exposed to a heating rotating disk for rapid drying to form a powder. The drying rate in this case is 10-50/hr.
At this time, by reducing the pressure inside the drying equipment,
It is also possible to lower the temperature of hot air and increase drying efficiency. 10 to 25 parts (preferably
Spray lower alcohol containing a trace amount of water (15 to 20 parts) using a sprayer. Alcohol makes powdered ink semi-moisturable and makes it easier to granulate. At this time, water partially dissolves the surface of the sizing agent and provides cohesive force between the powder particles, but if there is too much water, the powder will coagulate too much, resulting in granulation. The water solubility of the granular ink becomes poor, and if the water content is low, the powder will not coagulate and will be difficult to form into granules. Also, since some water remains in the powder, the amount of water added to the alcohol is appropriately reduced depending on the amount of water. Furthermore, when denatured alcohol is used, it already contains an appropriate amount of water, so it can be used as is without adding water.

The mixture is then extruded through a metal plate with many holes of 0.8 mm in diameter, cut into appropriate lengths (1 mm) by gravity, and formed into granules. Next, the mixture was dried by heating at about 60° C. for 2 hours in a hot air dryer to obtain granular ink.
