着することによつて帯体3を腕に巻付けて送気し
た際に芯糸入りの外面版2の不伸長性により外方
への膨出が不能であつて内方に向つて膨出する空
気袋部5を内面版1の内側に形成すると共にこれ
とは別個に熱可塑性合成樹脂材料の成形によつて
取付座部6に一体に空気圧力計7の連結用パイプ
部8と手絞型空気送排ポンプ9の連結用パイプ部
10とを設けたパイプ体11を構成し、取付座部
6を袋部形成版4に予め設けた通孔12,12′
の切縁の内側に高周波熔着、熱接着により気密に

を阻止し内方への膨出を集中的に行わしめ仍つて
空気袋部5の機能力を向上させるものであつて、
即ち空気袋部5が外方に膨出しない分だけ送気量
および送気時間を少減し得る有益な効果があり、
また熱可塑性合成樹脂材料の成形によつて取付座
部6に一体に空気圧力計7の連結用パイプ部8と
手絞型空気送排ポンプ9の連結用パイプ部10と
を設けたパイプ体11を構成し、取付座部6を袋
部形成版4に予め設けた通孔12,12′の切縁
の内側に高周波熔着、熱接着により気密に止着し
てパイプ体11を袋部形成版4に取付けるように
