- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 開口部を形成されたアースシールドと、前記ア
ースシールドと略平行に配設されて反応ガスを噴
出するとともに、前記開口部と同軸の開口部を形
成された電極と、 前記両開口部に嵌め付けられる光透過性の絶縁
体と、 前記両開口部の両端開口面に露出する絶縁体の
表面にそれぞれ設けられ、その端部が前記アース
シールド及び電極にそれぞれ電気的に接続された
網状導電材とを具備したことを特徴とするプラズ
マＣＶＤ装置。
