筒状の有底外筒の上部外周に該外筒上面より溢水
を受ける有底の受液筒を同心的に一体として設け
、中心にガスパイプを立て、該ガスパイプと上記
外筒との間に、復液路形成用円筒を立て該円筒と
外筒の間をスリツト状に離し、かつ上記復液路形
成用円筒と上記ガスパイプとの間に小差の高さの
下端縁を有する複数個の隔壁を縦に設けるととも
に上記受液筒底と外筒との接合部に、上記各隔壁
間で毛管現象が顕著でない程度の小孔を設け、上
記短い方の隔壁下面と、ガス圧が上昇して泡状で
外筒水面上に放出される時の上記ガスパイプ直下
の水面との差高が、受液筒液面と復液路液面との
差より大きくなるように構成して、上下の水面差
をほゞ一定に保ち、併せてガス放出路と復液路と
を分離してなることを特徴とする気体用湿式微圧
