サイフオン管頂部と並置すると共に、起動筒頂部
を起点としたサイフオン誘発水封管を、排水ピツ
ト内まで垂下して、このサイフオン誘発水封管末
端をサイフオン管垂下部の排水ピツト挿入部分か
ら分岐され、その下方湾曲頂がサイフオン管垂下
部口端より少し低位に配置されまた上端開放口が
排水ピツト水封面よりは高くかつ溢流時水面より
低い位置に開口垂設してなるリフト管の下半部位
