- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 トランスの一次巻線にスイツチングトランジス
タを直列に接続し、上記スイツチングトランジス
タを制御回路によつてオンオフ制御し、前記トラ
ンスの二次巻線出力を整流平滑して負荷に供給し
、前記トランスの駆動巻線出力を前記制御回路に
入力させたリンギングチヨークコンバータにおい
て、 前記トランスの駆動巻線に、ダイオードと定電
圧ダイオードと抵抗とホトサイリスタの発光部の
直列回路からなる過電圧検出回路を並列に接続し
、 前記スイツチングトランジスタのベースとエミ
ツタ間に、前記ホトサイリスタの受光部を接続し
たことを特徴とする過電圧保護回路。
