る図である。 ２：加熱オーブン、４：加熱室、６：製品台、１２：マ
イクロ波発振器、１６：導波管、１８：ラッパ管、２０
：回転軸、２２：ブレード、２４：攪拌羽根、３０：駆
動用モータ、３２ａ，３２ｂ・・・・・・：乱反射用フ
ァン、３ ４ ａ， ３ ４ ｂ・・・・・・：ファ
ン用モータ、３６，３８，４０：攪拌部材。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）マイクロ波発振器で発生せしめたマイクロ波を加
    熱室内に導波管で導き、該加熱室内に置かれた所定の被
    加熱材料に照射せしめて、その加熱を行なうようにした
    マイクロ波加熱装置において、該導波管の前記加熱室内
    への開口部に、先端部に向って漸次大きく開口するラッ
    パ管を設けると共に、該ラッパ管内に、前記導波管から
    導かれるマイクロ波を攪拌するための攪拌手段を設けた
    ことを特徴とするマイクロ波加熱装置。
  2. （２）前記被加熱材料が、薄肉状の窯業製品である実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のマイクロ波加熱装置。
