固定支柱、１２は貫通孔、１３は凹部。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 背面にスプリングプランジャーを受ける凹部を有する平
    板状の試料ホルダーと、その背後に主軸を中心として等
    間隔に配置された少なくとも４点のスプリングプランジ
    ャーを設けた圧力板を配置し、前記主軸の表面を雄ねじ
    状とし、針状コロ軸受を介してアーム１こ固定された雌
    ねじ状の固定部に嵌合させ、固定部を回転させることに
    より主軸を介して圧力板を昇降可能とすると１もに、圧
    力板とアームを支柱により固定させた大型試料研磨治具
    。
