【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は自動車或いは各種の機械、設備、装置
等に給油、給気の供給路として数多くの配設使用
されている管径約30m/m以下の比較的細径の金
属管端部接続用袋ナツトの構造の改良に係るもの

従来における接続用袋ナツトは第4図に図示す

構成された本体11の先端側の拡径孔筒壁12の

に円筒体14を一体に突設して構成していた。従
つて多大の切削加工々数を必要として生産性が低
下し、同時に製品の重量が増加することとなつ
た。又特に配設使用に際して機関或いは機械の振
動によつて挿着孔壁と干渉するにつれて該挿着孔
壁の後端縁部附近に位置した配管側の周面に亀
裂、折損を誘発する等の問題を有するものであつ

本考案の目的は上記した問題を簡易な構造によ
る容易な射出成型により製造でき、更に、特に螺

り、相手接続部への螺合締付け時の不具合いをな
くすことにより、極めて効果的に解決した細径金
属管端部接続用袋ナツトを提供することで、本考
案に係る細径金属管端部接続用袋ナツトは、軸芯
部に貫通した螺子孔の底部を段付き押圧係合面と
し、且つ外周面側に掛支壁部及び背面側に環状凹
溝とを設けた金属製の接手本体の背面に、前記螺
子孔と同軸状に貫設した挿着孔を有する樹脂材に
より射出成型してなるを円筒体を、その先端側を
前記環状凹溝部に鋳着固定して連設構成せしめて

て挿着孔7で干渉することを充分に吸収すること
になるため、配管側に及ぼすこの干渉部での周面
の亀裂、折損を防止することとなり、同時に接続
に際しての螺合締付け時の不具合をなすことがで
