Claims (1)
- 少くとも２つの素子を一体的に構成する複合素
子に於いて、両端部に接続された第１、第２の電
極を有しロール状に巻回するインピーダンス素子
と、フイルム状に形成され一端部を前記インピー
ダンス素子の一方の電極に接続し他端部に第３の
電極を接続し前記インピーダンス素子に一体的に
巻回するフイルム状抵抗素子とで構成することを
特徴とする複合素子。
