基本的態様を示し、Ａ図は上面図、Ｂ図はＡ図の
イ―イ線に沿う縦断面図、第２図は複数の電歪要
素を用いた他の実施例を示し、Ａ図は上面図、Ｂ
図はＡ図のロ―ロ線に沿う縦断面図、第３図は同
じく複数の電歪要素を用いた別の実施例を示し、
Ａ図は上面図、Ｂ図はＡ図のハ―ハ線に沿う縦断
面図、また第４図及び第５図はそれぞれ電歪要素
を挾んで前面板と裏打板をボルト締めによつて締
着した態様を拡大して示す要部の縦断面図である

Claims (1)
- 電歪要素を挾み、全高をλ／２の整数倍として
横方向に長い前面板と裏打板を積層し、前面板か
ら前方に照射すべき超音波振動の横軸方向の結合
振動を抑制する切込みを上記電歪要素の側方に刻
設したことを特徴とするランジユバン型振動子。
