り、第２図は第１図におけるエアスポイラーのＡ−Ａ矢
視力向の断面図であり、第３図は本実施例に係わるエア
スポイラーに用いられる発光体の断面図である。 第４図または第５図は本考案に係わるエアスポイラーに
用いられる他の態様の発光体の断面図または側面図であ
る。 第６図は本実施例に係わるエアスポイラーを乗用自動車
の後部に取り付けた状態の説明図である。 １・・・エアスポイラー部、２・・・発光体、３・・・
送電用リード線、４・・・外枠部材、５・・・マスク部
材、６・・・ＥＬパネル、７，７１・・・充填剤、８・
・・蓋部材、９・・・基板、９１・・・凸部。

Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）乗用車等の車両の後部に配設されるエアスポイラ
    ー部材と、 後続車からの視認可能の、上記エアスポイラー部材の表
    面部の少なくとも一部に配設される発光体とから成るこ
    とを特徴とするエアスポイラー。
  2. （２）上記発光体は、透光性樹脂から成をる容器状の外
    枠部材と、該外枠部材の内部の底端面に配設サレルエレ
    クトロルミネツセンスパネルと、該外枠部材の内部の余
    空間に充填されている充填剤とから成る実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載のエアスポイラー。
  3. （３）上記発光体の表面には、該発光体から放射された
    光を所定の形状に遮光するマスク部材が設けられている
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載のエアス
    ポイラー。
  4. （４）上記送電用リード線は、必要に応じて昇圧用ィン
    バータの出力に接続され、かつ該インバータ入力はスト
    ップランプ端子に接続される実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項ないし第３項記載のエアスポイラー。
