  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 スイッチング素子のベースに対し順バイア−ス電圧を印
    加する順バイアス回路および逆バイアス電．圧を印加す
    る逆バイアス回路を有し、制御パルスのオン、オフに応
    じて前記順バイアス回路と逆バイアス回路とを交互にオ
    ン、オフして前記スイッチング素子をオン、オフ制御す
    るようにしたスイッチング素子の制御回路にお，いて、 前記順バイアス回路と前記逆バイアス回路とに前記制御
    パルスのオン、オフで前記順バイアス回路と前記逆バイ
    アス回路を相反的にオン、オフさせる制御用スイッチン
    グ回路を接続したことを特徴とするスイッチング素子の
    制御回路。
