リ金属蒸着時には、上記ベローズとコイル状形状
記憶合金により上記絶縁体を遮蔽し、アルカリ金
属蒸着時以外は上記ベローズとコイル状形状記憶
合金を収縮させて上記絶縁体を露出させるように
