Description
第１図はこの考案の一実施例による圧着工具の
ロケータに組み込まれた芯線位置検出装置を示す
断面図、第２図は絶縁管付圧着端子を示す斜視図
、第３図は電線の斜視図、第４図は絶縁管付圧着
端子に電線を挿入し、圧着工具で圧着した後の形
状を示す平面図、第５図は従来の圧着工具の圧着
端子の取付状態を示す断面図である。 図において１は絶縁管付圧着端子の舌部、２は
同じく胴部（バレル）、３は絶縁管、４は電線の
芯線、５はその被覆、６〜８は圧着工具で６は芯
線圧着用ダイス、７は被覆押え用ダイス、８はロ
ケータ、９は圧力スイツチ、１０は表示灯である
。なお、各図中同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示
す。

Claims (1)
- 電線に圧着端子を取付る圧着作業に使用する圧
着工具において、圧着端子の位置決めをするロケ
ータと、ロケータに電線の芯線の挿入状態を検出
する可動板ばね式接点と固定接点で構成される圧
力スイツチからなる芯線検出器と、芯線の挿入状
態を作業者に知告又は圧着工具の操作ロツクを解
除する装置を備えたことを特徴とする圧着端子の
圧着工具。
