  1. エンジンのシリンダヘッドに形成された排気ポートのポ
    ートドーム部のそれぞれに、排気バルブ軸を中心として
    回動する排気ポートバルブを設けると共に、エキゾニス
    トブレーキ作動時に前記排気ポートバルブを回動し前記
    排気ポートの入口開口部と排気ポートバルブ出口開口部
    とをずらして排気通路を絞る排気ポートバルブ回転機構
    を設けたことを特徴とするエキゾーストブレーキ。
