Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 感光体の周面に近接して対向配置される現像スリーブと
    、 前記現像スリーブの内部に設けられ、現像スリーブ周面
    にこの軸方向に２成分の現像剤を磁気的に付着担持せし
    めるマグネットと、 前記現像スリーブを回転自在に支持する側板と、 前記側板に固定的に取付けられ、かつ、現像スリーブの
    両端側周面と、感光体の非画像形成部との間に介設され
    、感光体と現像スＩＪ−ブとの間で現像スリーブの両端
    側に形成せられる開口を閉塞する一対のシール部材とを
    備え、 前記シール部材の内側端の中途部に段部を形成し、該段
    部を、感光体と現像スリーブとの最近接位置よりも、現
    像スリーブの回転方向に対する上流側位置に設け、かつ
    、この段部を上流側につき、巾広部とする段部となした
    上、巾広部の内側端を、マグネ−ットの軸方向の長さよ
    りも長い巾の、現像スリーブ上の現像剤付着部の端部と
    、前記マグネットの長さより短い巾の、画像形成に寄与
    する現像剤付着領域の端部との間に設定することを特徴
    とする乾式現像装置。
