Claims (2)
- （１）軸に形成したキー溝に該キー溝の深さ方向に摺動
可能にキーを装入し、前記軸に嵌合される嵌合体のキー
溝へ、前記キーにおける嵌合体のキー溝への保合部を出
没させる如く構成した出入式キー結合構造において、前
記嵌合体のキー溝の両側面のうちトルク伝達が行なわれ
る少なくとも一方の側面及び、前記キーの係合部の両側
面のうち前記一方の側面に対応する少なくとも一力の側
面を、互いに係合自在で且つ軸のキー溝の深さ方向に対
して径内方へ至るにつれて軸のキー溝の内側へ向う如く
傾斜させた傾斜面で形成するようにした出入式キー結合
構造。 - （２）前記嵌合体のキー溝の傾斜面は、軸の中心を０、
前記傾斜面と軸周面との交点をＡとした場合、直線ＯＡ
に対して０゜〜１０゜の範囲の傾きで形成されている前
記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の出入式キニ結合
構造。
