- 透光性の円筒状焙煎容器と、該容器内の内周面
に近接又は接触して回転する撹拌用のブレードと
、該ブレードを駆動する可逆転モータと、該モー
タを正転或いは逆転させる制御手段を設けたこと
を特徴とする焙煎機。
